What size should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order. Please contact us at with any concerns.

When will my order ship?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving them. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and can expect your order to arrive within an estimated 3-4 business days. 

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Can I exchange?

We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer returns within 30 days on all items, unless final sale. Items must be returned in unworn condition in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How can I start a return?

Please navigate to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code. Follow the instructions on the screen to request a prepaid return label.

To start a return, you can also contact us at We’ll offer to send you a return shipping label and deduct this from your return refund.

Where is my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status and if the refund has been approved or not. If your return is approved, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

However, please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your bank statement. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of receiving our approval, please contact us at
